We could call this the Academy Award Bag! Doesn't it look like it should be swinging from the arm of a famous person? Its very simple shape knits up in a weekend. The bag is approximately 8" x 6". This pattern is best for an intermediate knitter (the pattern is simple, but novelty fur yarn makes stitches difficult to see). The pattern is cleary written and printed on bright white cardstock.

The front of this handbag uses three different yarns held together: a metallic eyelash, a fake fur, and a DK weight yarn. The bag is knit in the DK Weight Yarn. You will need 65 yds of metallic eyelash yarn, 65 yds of novelty fur yarn, 140 yds of DK yarn. We might suggest one skein of Berroco Plume FX Metallic, and one skein of Berroco Zoom or Lion Brand Fun Fur, with one skein of Lion Brand Microspun.
