The Basic Chic Hoodie is our sassy take on the classic sweater we all love to wear. Instructions for plain and lacy-trimmed versions are included. Knit from the top down, this cardigan uses popular worsted weight yarns and looks fabulous in wool, cashmere, alpaca, cotton or blends. Skill level is Advanced Beginner.
Knit the Basic Chic Hoodie for finished measurements 36" (38", 40", 42", 46", 50", 54") with 1150 (1200, 1300, 1400, 1550, 1750, 1950) yards of Worsted Weight Yarn. Suggested needles are US 6 (4mm) and 7 (4.5mm) Double Point and 29" Circular Needles. You will need nine 7/8" Buttons, Stitch Markers, and scrap yarn.
