Response: Simply turn the hat around and place the next sc in the sc you just finished. Then, continue to work around the hat as you have been doing for 2.75 inches. Reversing the direction of your work will create a fold for your brim.
Amen to the above comment. . . seems like a very easy pattern but the brim is confusing. I am not savy enough to make up my own. . . any help out there?
