Dream Weaver Yarns is a boutique yarn shop. We feature innovative, luxury products with a goal of offering knitters and crocheters the finest needlearts supplies available. Many of the items we feature are produced by hand or in limited quantity; some are made upon request. We will always do our best to note when a product may be delayed, or to advise you that a product will be delayed, and to ship the product out immediately once it is available to ship. Presenting quality products is very important to us, and obtaining the best sometimes takes time. We thank you for your patience as we strive to offer you the best of the craft.

Pricing and Sales Tax
Our prices are in US currency and are subject to change without notice. New York State residents will be charged applicable sales tax. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped out of state.
Our standard shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar value of your order.
Orders shipped within the United States totaling $100 or more (before applicable tax) will receive FREE SHIPPING (USPS ground) and handling.

Orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped by the most efficient, cost-effective shipping method. We cannot track packages once they leave the United States, therefore, we cannot take responsibility for shipments to foreign locations that are lost in transit.
E-Gift Certificates (Gift Vouchers) and Gift Certificates will not be charged any shipping and handling. Shipping and handling on those items is free.
When one or more items in an order is expected to be delayed for an extensive period of time, we will partial ship the available items immediately. Due to the cost of shipping, we can only partial ship an order once. We cannot partial ship foreign orders. You may request partial shipment of a foreign order, and we will charge shipping and handling as stated on our rate table for each package we ship to locations outside the United States.
When a new item is offered as a pre-order item, the item is not yet available to ship. The expected ship date will be noted in the product description. We ship out pre-order items the day they arrive in our shop. We will charge your credit card when we ship to you. If you pay with PayPal, however, PayPal will take your payment immediately. For this reason, you may wish to pay for pre-order items with your credit card.
When a a special order is requested, we will let you know the expected ship date. We ship out special orders the day they arrive in our shop. Payment for a special order is made at the time the special order is placed. Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Checks and Money Orders
If you pay by check or money order, we will hold your in stock items for 10 days from the date you place your order pending receipt of your check. We will notify you promptly via e-mail if any item you ordered is on backorder and not expected to ship within a reasonable period of time. Payment must be made in US dollars. Your order will ship once your check clears our bank.
If you pay by PayPal, we will notify you promptly via e-mail if any item you ordered is on backorder and not expected to ship within a reasonable period of time. You can then decide if you would like us to ship the item or items when available or if you would like us to return your payment. Your order will ship once your PayPal payment clears our bank.
Please read our product descriptions carefully. If you place an order and pay via PayPal for an item that is free only with the purchase of another qualifying item, such as a Judi & Co. Free Pattern, but you do not purchase the qualifying item, $4.95 shipping and handling will appear as your order total. As clearly noted on our site, Judi & Co. free patterns, for example, are only available with the Judi & Co. yarn purchase. In this case, without the qualifying yarn purchase, we cannot fill the order. We will deduct from your refund amount the fees we pay to PayPal for processing the invalid transaction. Please read our product descriptions carefully.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the exception of books, magazines, patterns, needles, hooks, closeout items, and special order items. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Skeins of yarn that have been wound into balls, whether by us at your request or by you, are not returnable. For your protection, we suggest you mail your return to us insured. Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the purchase or by check. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
When items that were shipped for free are returned, we will deduct from the refund amount shipping and handling based on the dollar value of your return as stated on our Rate Table. If the dollar value of your return (before applicable tax) totals $100 or more, we will deduct $8.95 from your refund to defray the shipping and handling costs we incurred when sending the item or items to you. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Gift Vouchers, Gift Certificates, and funds deposited into a Gift Voucher Account are final sale, not returnable, and non-refundable. You can use them anytime to purchase any of the beautiful products offered at Dream Weaver Yarns LLC.
An item may be exchanged for the same item in, for example, a different color within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of books, magazines, patterns, needles, hooks, closeout items, and special order items. The item must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Skeins of yarn that have been wound into balls, whether by us at your request or by you, are not exchangeable. We will charge shipping and handling to send the new item to you, and will take payment via the method used to pay for the original purchase. All other returns for another item will be deemed a return and purchase. Thus, shipping & handling and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you on the return and shipping and handling will be added to the total amount due on the purchase as per our Shipping and Returns policies. We cannot refund your cost in sending the item to us.
When an item that was originally shipped to you for free (an item over $100) is returned to us for exchange, we will charge $8.95 to ship the new item to you, and we will take payment via the method used to pay for the order. We can only Free Ship once per order.
