Wear this sleeveless summertime shrug two ways! Shaped armholes give a neat fit, while the collar/bottom edge is much fuller on one side than the other. One way, the collar forms a lovely capelet to keep your shoulders warm over a bare dress or top. Worn this way, the length is shorter for a pretty, flattering dressy effect. Flip the garment over and swap armholes, and the result is a longer, slimmer, more casual silhouette with a sweet smaller collar and a fuller and longer lower back and front edge. Either way, this garment can be overlapped in front or pinned in a variety of ways. Skill level is intermediate.

Crochet the Uptown Downtown Shrug for size S (M, L, XL-2X, 3X-4X, 5X) with 880 (990, 1100, 1210, 1320, 1430) yards of soft Worsted Weight Yarn. Suggested crochet hooks are I-9 (5.5mm) and J-10 (6mm) Crochet Hooks.
