For your convenience, Dream Weaver Yarns LLC offers E-Gift Certificates and Gift Certificates. E-Gift Certificates are sent to the gift recipient via email. Gift Certificates are beautiful printed gift cards that are mailed by US Postal Service to the purchaser for presentation to the gift recipient, or mailed directly to the gift recipient. When an E-Gift Certificate or Gift Certificate is redeemed (see below) the funds become available in the gift recipient's Gift Voucher Account. Those funds can then be used to purchase any item in our store, at any time. If you use only part of your available Gift Voucher Account balance on a shopping trip, the remaining balance will be available to you when you log in on a future shopping trip.

Purchasing E-Gift Certificates

E-Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. They are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100. You can pay for them using the store's standard payment methods. Once your E-Gift Certificate order is processed, the recipient will receive the E-Gift Certificate by email, on the day you request. The email will provide the gift giver's name, the value of the E-Gift Certificate, a personal message, and a Gift Voucher Number which the recipient will use to redeem the E-Gift Certificate. The purchaser/gift giver will receive an email confirming that their E-Gift Certificate has been sent.

Redeeming and Buying with E-Gift Certificates

There are two ways to redeem an E-Gift Certificate:

1. Simply click on the link contained in the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the Redeem Voucher page. You will be requested to create an account or log in. The E-Gift Certificate will then be validated and added to your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend on any item in our store whenever you wish.

2. Redeem an E-Gift Certificate during the checkout process. On the page where you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter a "Redeem Code." Enter the Gift Voucher Number here, and click the redeem button. The E-Gift Certificate will be validated and the value will be added to your Gift Voucher Account. You can then use those funds to pay for your purchase.

When there are funds in your Gift Voucher Account, at checkout an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply the funds in your Gift Voucher Account to your purchase. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough money in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for future use. That balance will appear in the Shopping Cart box the next time you log in.

Purchasing Printed Gift Certificates

Dream Weaver Yarns LLC will mail via US Postal Service a printed Gift Certificate to you for presentation to your gift recipient, or we can mail a Gift Certificate directly to your gift recipient. Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100. Purchase Gift Certificates as you would any other item in our store.

Special Feature of the Gift Voucher Account

Once validated, the value of an E-Gift Certificate or Gift Certificate is added to your personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount shows in the Shopping Cart box when you are logged in. As a special feature, a link is provided that will allow you to send a Gift Voucher to someone via email using the funds you have available in your Gift Voucher Account.

When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to, the email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to, the amount you want to send (note that you do not have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account), and any message that you would like to appear in the email to be sent to the recipient.
