This case is great - I bought one in hollywood pink (pink is my favorite color ever). I store my needles with the points facing up, towards the clasp, and it fits 14" needles. I only have one pair of 10", so I haven't tried to fit them in there. The only problem with the case is, it doesn't hold all my needles - I have some larger sizes (11, 13, and 15 ), and so they don't really fit in there with the other seven or eight pairs of smaller needles I have. I can't wait to buy a new one!!!
