This little felted bolero is the perfect accompaniment to today's high-waisted frocks and blue jeans. It works as a transitional garment; wear it on cold summer nights, fall afternoons when you are strolling through Central Park, or walking by the downtown lake. It can be both elegant and casual, and it is soft and comfortable to wear. When created with Tilli Tomas Flurries, it is an exquisite evening jacket, or embellish just the cuffs with beads. Make it plain for a more casual, everyday look.
