Knit and felt these bags. Tube baguettes are constructed by using a double strand of yarn to work a flat rectangular piece in stockinette, the ends of which are worked in the round (only 4-6 rows) while the center of the rectangle is worked back and forth so that there is a bag opening the length of the tube. Once the rectangle tube is completed, pick up stitches on the wrong side of the tube "ends" and work in the round, decreasing into the center. (The flower patterns are available separately. You will need US 11 (8mm), 24" Circular and Double Point Needles.

The Pink & Orange Stripes Bag as pictured is created with 1 skein of Cascade 220 Yarn (Worsted Weight Feltable Yarn) in Pink 7801 and 1 skein in Bright Orange 9444. (Purchase extra for embellishment.) Finished dimensions are approximately 12.5" width front/back x 15.5" circumference.

The Pink & Red Stripes Bag as pictured is created with 2 skeins of Cascade 220 Yarn (Worsted Weight Feltable Yarn) in Bright Pink 7805 and 2 skeins in Bright Red 8895. (Use left over yarn for embellishment.) You will also need 4.5" x 5.5" Acrylic Handles. Finished dimensions are approximately 16" width front/back x 18" circumference.

The Pink, Green & Cream Stripes Bag as pictured is created with 1 skein each of Cascade 220 Yarn (Worsted Weight Feltable Yarn) in Green 7814 and Natural Cream 8010 and 2 skeins each in Bright Pink 9478 and Pale Pink 9477. (Purchase extra for embellishment.) You will also need 5" Horseshoe Bamboo Handles. Finished dimensions are approximately 16" width front/back x 19" circumference.
