The pants and T-tops in this pattern were designed for children who like soft clothes. The little girl pictured here loved wearing the outfit. She ran around, pretending she was a fantastic zebra, jumping and climbing. She didn't want to take these pants and T-tops off. I think that qualifies as the child's seal of approval. Pattern includes two styles and three sleeve lengths. Skill level is intermediate.

Knit the Pants & T-tops for Little Girls, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years, with DK Weight Yarn. You will need US 3 (3.25mm) Circular Needles, US 3 (3.25mm) 12" Circular Needles (for sleeveless vest), US 1 (2.25mm) 16" (40cm) Circular Needles, 2 Tapestry Needles (one blunt and one sharp), a sewing needle and thread, and 1 yard of 1.5" wide "no roll" elastic.
