Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, JCB, American Express, Discover, Check and Money Order.

Pricing and Sales Tax 

Our prices are in US currency and are subject to change without notice. New York State residents will be charged applicable sales tax. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped out of state. 

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar value of your order. 

Orders shipped within the United States totaling $100 or more (before applicable tax) will receive FREE SHIPPING (USPS ground) and handling.

Our Rate Table for orders shipped within the United States is as follows:

Up to $25 - $4.95
$25.01 to $50 - $5.95
$50.01 to $99.99 - $6.95
$100 or more - FREE

Our Rate Table for orders shipped to Canada is as follows:

Up to $25 - $5.95
$25.01 to $50 - $9.95
$50.01 to $99.99 - $14.95
$100 or more - $19.95

Our Rate Table for International (except Canada) orders is as follows:

Up to $25 - $7.95
$25.01 to $50 - $14.95
$50.01 to $75 - $19.95
$75.01 to $100 - $29.95
$100.01 or more - $34.95

Orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped by the most efficient, cost-effective shipping method. We cannot track packages once they leave the United States, therefore, we cannot take responsibility for shipments to foreign locations that are lost in transit.

E-Gift Certificates (Gift Vouchers) and Gift Certificates will not be charged any shipping and handling. Shipping and handling on those items is free.

Note About Free Patterns

A link is provided for you to view and print the free patterns we feature on our site at your own computer. If you wish, however, we will print and mail you up to three free patterns. Our standard shipping and handling charges will apply. Occasionally we may offer free shipping on all purchases. In that case, we will charge $4.95 handling to send you up to three free patterns. $4.95 will be added to your order total and charged to your credit card at the time we process your order.

Checks and Money Orders

If you pay by check or money order, we will hold your in stock items for 10 days from the date you place your order pending receipt of your check. We will notify you promptly via e-mail if any item you ordered is on backorder and not expected to ship within a reasonable period of time. If you are a New York State resident, we will e-mail you a total including applicable sales tax. (Our website does not calculate New York State sales tax. We calculate these amounts at the time we process your order.) Payment must be made in US dollars. Your order will ship once your check clears our bank.

PayPal

If you pay by PayPal, we will notify you promptly via e-mail if any item you ordered is on backorder and not expected to ship within a reasonable period of time. You can then decide if you would like us to ship the item or items when available or if you would like us to return your payment. If you are a New York State resident, we will send a PayPal Request for Money to cover applicable sales tax. (Our website does not calculate New York State sales tax. We calculate these amounts at the time we process your order.) Your order will ship once your PayPal payment clears our bank.

Please read our product descriptions carefully. If you place an order and pay via PayPal for an item that is free only with the purchase of another qualifying item, such as a Judi & Co. Free Pattern, but you do not purchase the qualifying item, $4.95 shipping and handling will appear as your order total. As clearly noted on our site, Judi & Co. free patterns, for example, are only available with the Judi & Co. yarn purchase. In this case, without the qualifying yarn purchase, we cannot fill the order. We will deduct from your refund amount the fees we pay to PayPal for processing the invalid transaction. Please read our product descriptions carefully.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the exception of books, magazines, patterns, needles, hooks, closeout items, and special order items. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Skeins of yarn that have been wound into balls, whether by us at your request or by you, are not returnable. For your protection, we suggest you mail your return to us insured. Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the purchase or by check. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

When items that were shipped for free are returned, we will deduct from the refund amount shipping and handling based on the dollar value of your return as stated on our Rate Table. If the dollar value of your return (before applicable tax) totals $100 or more, we will deduct $8.95 from your refund to defray the shipping and handling costs we incurred when sending the item or items to you. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Gift Vouchers, Gift Certificates, and funds deposited into a Gift Voucher Account are final sale, not returnable, and non-refundable. You can use them anytime to purchase any of the beautiful products offered at Dream Weaver Yarns LLC.

Exchanges

An item may be exchanged for the same item in, for example, a different color within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of books, magazines, patterns, needles, hooks, closeout items, and special order items. The item must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Skeins of yarn that have been wound into balls, whether by us at your request or by you, are not exchangeable. For your protection, we suggest you mail your exchange to us insured. We will charge shipping and handling to send the new item to you, and will take payment via the method used to pay for the original purchase. All other returns for another item will be deemed a return and purchase. Thus, shipping & handling and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you on the return and shipping and handling will be added to the total amount due on the purchase as per our Shipping and Returns policies. We cannot refund your cost in sending the item to us.

When an item that was originally shipped to you for free (an item over $100) is returned to us for exchange, we will charge $8.95 to ship the new item to you, and we will take payment via the method used to pay for the order. We can only Free Ship once per order.
