No. 6 is a modern knitted interpretation of the classic Chanel Jacket. It is a top-down, seamless design with options for sleeve length and trim. Choose elegant long sleeves or flirty, flared short sleeves. An inspired crocheted edging is perfect for the first time crocheter; alternatively, a knitted I-cord edging provides a tailored touch for those who don't want to crochet. In either case, the textured knit stitch on the body results in a timeless, completely modern, and versatile look. Skill level is Intermediate.
Knit Long-Sleeve No. 6 for chest 30.25" (32.5", 35.75", 37.5", 42", 45.5", 48"), size XS (S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X) (for best fit choose a finished chest size up to 3" smaller than your actual chest circumference), with 7 (8, 9, 10, 10, 12, 13) skeins of Tilli Tomas Plie (100% Plied Silk; 140yds/50g) (Plum), 1 skein of Tilli Tomas Disco Lights (100% Silk with Sequins; 225yds/100g) (Gloxinia), and 1 skein of Tilli Tomas Plie (100% Plied Silk; 140yds/50g) (Dusty Purple).

Suggested needles are US 6 (4mm) Double Points, 40" Circulars or two shorter Circulars (choose your favorite circular knitting technique). If you choose the knit trim you will need US 5 (3.75mm) Double Points, 40" Circulars or two shorter Circulars (choose your favorite circular knitting technique). If you choose the crochet trim you will need an F-5 (3.75mm) Crochet Hook. You will also need waste yarn or a holder, Stitch Markers in 3 colors, 4 Clip-on Markers, a Tapestry Needle, a sewing needle, 9 pairs of jumbo hooks and eyes, and 12" Grosgrain ribbon or hem tape (optional).
