A delicate layering piece, Cecilia adds a dash of femininity to almost any outfit, whether worn short over a tank and jeans or long over a strappy dress. The lacy v-stitch and stitched-in-place floral edging are deceptively simple and repetitive, resulting in a pattern that is easy and quick.
