The most significant finished measurement is taken at the bust height to include BOTH the bust and upper arms (hold arms at sides). This poncho is meant to be fitted at the bust, while providing adequate stretch for movement. Follow smallest sized directions that equal or exceed desired measurements. Bust/arm measurements for the sizes stated above are 46" (38", 42", 50", 54", 58", 62", 66", 70"). Finished length is 25" at the longest point, excluding fringe.
