Knit and felt the Famous Penny Bag with 985 yards (900 meters) of black Worsted Weight Feltable Wool. Suggested needles are US 15 (10mm) 24" Circular Needles. You will also need 7 skeins of black 6-strand embroidery floss, purse handles, optional four 1.5" x 20" strips of black leather to wrap the purse handles, 198 pennies, optional two 1/2" silver magnetic snaps, a hot glue gun, a washing machine for felting, a disposable razor, and a 12" x 5.25" Masonite board.
