A long, seed stitch cowl with a short-row hood designed to keep you warm no matter how the wind may howl.

Technique: Knit
Skill Level: Intermediate
Finished Size: 50" circumference, 7" wide, 16" wide at top of hood
Yarn Required: 450 yds of a Worsted/Aran Weight Yarn
Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4" over seed st
Suggested Needle/Hook Size: US 8 (5mm) 24" or 32" Circular Needles
