These little evening bags are as versatile as they are beautiful. Dress up with a single tassel, make in embellished yarn, felt them or make them unfelted. The frame allows the bearer to carry them by the handle, or take the handle off and carry the bag as a clutch. Leave the top unruffled, or follow the ruffle instructions for extra poof.
The ruffled construction of this bag allows you to fit maybe a little more than compact, lipstick, keys, and cash and allows it to go from day to evening to day. A terrific bag to give as a gift.
